Information for Exhibitors

The Organizing Committee of the Association of Caribbean University and Research Institution Libraries (ACURIL) is inviting you to participate as an exhibitor at the Thirty Eighth (38th) Annual Conference of ACURIL at the Rose Hall Resort and Country Club in Montego Bay from June 1-6, 2008.

The conference is expected to attract an attendance of over 300 persons, consisting mainly of information professionals from the English, Spanish, French and Dutch-speaking Caribbean. The Exhibition will be located in an area just outside the main conference room; which will allow maximum exposure of the exhibits.

A special group rate has been arranged for the participants of the conference at the Rose Hall Resort and Country Club. Reservation arrangements should be made directly with the hotel.
